In this capstone you will design, prototype, test and deploy a natural language voice action or skill for Google Assistant or Alexa.

In this section we will learn about the five step voice interaction design process and the expected deliverable and outcome from each of those processes. We will dive deeper into bot persona, sample dialogs, voice flows, voice scripts and usability testing methods.

In this section we will learn about various research methodologies which are helpful throughout the life cycle of a voice application or conversational AI design and development. It will teach you the basics on how to conduct each research tailored for conversation and voice interaction design.

In this section we will learn why privacy and inclusive design is important. We will learn methods and apply a new framework to humanize privacy in voice design.

Conversation Design Platforms

In this section we will learn about two conversation design platforms which will help us design our end to end conversational apps for the capstone project.

Portfolio Design

In this section we will guide you to design your own portfolio with all the three capstone projects. Our modules will focus on creating portfolio with a focus on storytelling.

In this section you will learn tips and tricks to tackle conversation design and voice interaction design interview questions. We will provide you various scenarios and job descriptions and guide you to prepare for interview.
